Me against the meat
It is a motto of a number of people in this world. They day there is no way to eat meat because it harms our health and souls. These people that never eat meat say they have a reason for it and the main reason is about lives of animals. Though, they are wrong because this life is arranged in the way that makes everything in this world a food for something else. Animals eat grass or other animals that eat grass and people eat animals and then people die and they are food for grass animals eat. And another reason they call a good argument for no-meat life is that when you eat meat you eat aggression of an animal that was killed and you grow more aggressive. Again, I don’t really trust in it because I guess when animal feels death it grows more scared than aggressive. And if it is so, than there is no aggression in that meat we eat, it is nonsense. We need meat because it provides us with stuff necessary for our bodies and our health. It is okay not to eat it too often but it is extremely wrong to refuse meat.
Pernicious food
I know that this word is more about habits though there is a food that brings people just the same harm with those pernicious habits. Actually, there is no such food that kills people or that harms their health in case they never misuse it. They are people the main problem for their bodies and for their health but it’s all about food here. So, it is about the food-stuff people would never misuse. Those who want to be slim and slender are usually women and they see no better way than to refuse food, they refuse common food and then they stuff themselves up with cakes and cookies and so on. Sweet food is pernicious food and people should never misuse it because they will have troubles. And the same is true with fry food-stuff. Sure, it is tasty and it is hard to refuse fried steak or something, though people should also be careful with it because fried food is a killer of their liver. And they should also stay away from meet because it is cholesterol that is also not very good for people. But still, there is nothing wrong in food in case you never misuse it.

What Is a Healthy Diet?
1. Plan meals for at least a week in advance and include lots of high fibre vegetables and fruits and try to avoid refined carbohydrates. The more organically produced your food is, the better. Did you know that chemicals have an effect on the enhancement of increasing cholesterol levels?
Various food stores have plenty of fresh organic fruit and vegetables available such as lettuce. Vegetables with high fiber content will reduce the LDL cholesterol because of low or even no cholesterol that it contains. Remember there are some, and be on the look out, foods that enhance LDL.
2. Is eggs part of your diet? If so, more egg white than the egg yolk is better. If you are diagnosed with LDL cholesterol, you will know that egg yolk is a no go for you.
Having baked foods in your diet? Rather replace it with products that are made from whole wheat and pasta made from cereal. Unrefined sugar is a better alternative for beverages. The processes that refined food undergoes necessitate chemicals for whitening or refining, but involve a health risk for you as customer.
3. Water – we know it and most don’t do it or even know why it is necessary. You can only benefit from drinking more water. Water helps the complete digestion process of your body, restoring the cleaning stability of your system which improves blood circulation.
4. The fresher the food, the better. Synthetically produced food or baked foods are usually produced or prepared with additives, colouring and by products to increase shelve life.
5. Do you like strong coffee, enjoy chocolate beverages, soft drinks or beverages filled with caffeine? You are risking yourself to certain cholesterol levels. The alternative will be fresh fruit juices instead of manufactured beverages with high sugar, artificial colouring and some additives.

Amount Of Calories
It is far not a secret that there is a great amount of calories in the fast food. But there is also a trans fat in the fast food. Trans fat is the common name for a type of unsaturated fat with trans-isomer fatty acid. Trans fats which are commonly found in fast food have been shown in many tests to have a negative health effect on the body. A 2006 study fed monkeys a diet consisting of a similar level of trans fats as what a person who ate fast food regularly would consume. Both diets contained the same overall number of calories. It was found that the monkeys who consumed higher level of trans fat developed more abdominal fat than those fed a diet rich in unsaturated fats. They also developed signs of insulin resistance, which is an early indicator of diabetes. After six years on the diet, the trans fat fed monkeys had gained 7.2% of their body weight, compared to just 1.8% in the unsaturated fat group.
To sum up we would like to add that people should think what they eat.
Everyday we have no time to cook or no place to cook but we are hungry and we move to the nearest cafe or McDonald’s. There we can buy almost anything we want and we try to do it as quickly as it is possible. We eat quickly and move to our jobs, univerities etc. Fast food restaurants help us to save our time, but do they help to save our health? Many people consider this question to be childish and silly, but there is still a food for thought.

Ideal nutrition
To begin with, that we live in a non-ideal world. But it must be acknowledged, the pursuit of the ideal real. Proof - "an ideal figure." Her proportions are derived and known to all. Beauty has never left the winners. Table ideal weight is a big secret from itself is not. For men - the growth of negative weight for women take another ten units. But, as recognized by the holders of these ideal performance, they paid for hours exhausting exercise for weight loss, a permanent body purification, physical deprivation and self that has nothing to do with the ideal (from the perspective of an ordinary person) way of life. Are there ways in which our bodies have always been in excellent form and did not require a constant correction, because of innate tendency away from the ideal? How many ancient people lived? If on the basis of the Bible, it was surprised to discover that we do not live and tenth of that period, which was originally programmed for our Creator. You know, the age at which Noah got the job to build his famous ark? "It was the six hundredth year of Noah's life." "And all the days of Adam were nine hundred and thirty years!" First, it is important to not only the quality of consumer products, but it gets the man of the pleasure of eating. Doctors for centuries have drawn attention to the fact that those who eat with pleasure, less prone to cancer. Diseases, however, affect those who eat with indifference and during the meal did not think about food. In other words, consciousness does primarily! Therefore, any food will not be ideal for you if you do not think about it as such and absorbs without pleasure.
